1)Budget control:

Constantly monitoring and comparing seasonal budget with prior periods is nowadays a must to intervene in time to reach the goals, the BI Business Intelligence module allows to set in a very easy way all the reports for a synthetic or detailed analysis for quantities and values, its composition for products, areas, sales force etc..

Reports setting cryterias can be easily set and in different and multiple graphic versions, partially already set thanks to our experience in the textile clothing.

All the provided reports can be customized accordingly to corporate specific needs, without any need of programming technical intervention, this means without any additional cost.


2) Control and service of clients portfolio :

Through the ERP and WEB modules it offers a constant service to customers, thanks to an easily consultation tool, complete with all the necessary information, always up to date, such as:

3) Full informtion on orders :

ERP offers summary reports which can control products sales divided into areas and sales force, either direct or indirect, their changes compared to previous periods and their deviations from initial goals.

It constantly monitors, against made orders, the progress of the manifacturing process and items delivery, allowing you to quickly intervene in case of deviations and to inform the client in time, besides it also allow you to manage:


  1. The calculation of order actual delivery date through MRP II.

  2. The order changes by the client, evan at an advantage stage of production.

  3. The blocked orders and the subsequent provisions, with the possibility of changing the article and the variant, at any time of disposition issued against the contract

  4. Sample orders, production orders and amending documents .

  5. All the comments, even multilingual, which will automatically appear on the documents where they have to be printed (shipping documents, invoices, credit notes, confirmations, offers and packing lists).


4) Full price lists information :

ERP allows you to set and change price lists on the basis of production costs, trade costs and structure costs, ensuring a constant control of operating margins, which also consider commissions (divisible to order for more percipients) and additional costs for CIF transport.

The system effettively allows you to manage any kind of increase for sampling, volumes, chromatic features, area, agent or client.

A powerful unit for “costs simulation” also allows you to adapt the product cost form to order or client's need, by simulating first and then fixing components and production process features, to the redefinition of final price list. In any case on the basis of any change, price lists are constantly updated to always guarantee a perfect symmetry with the offers issued.

All this is available for consultation in any time both inside the company or outside, either for sales management or for the agents.


5) Full information on samplings :

ERP allows you to have always updated information on samplings and automathically deal with samples through bar code scanners, store download, create shipping documents and issue bullettins of the main express couriers.

It also allows you to dispatch the valid samples or the ones to be replaced without modifying the original order, but directly during the shipment.


6) Control on areas and on sales force :

BI offers summary reports which can constantly monitor the performance of direct sales force and agents for any product, area and clients, accordingly to the assigned budgets and goals compared to previuos periods, so it becomes an indispensable and shared tool to control and/or intervene in time in case of problematic areas.

All the reports are already pre-set and easy to use and can be updated in real time, in absolute economy and without involving technical resources.

7) Sales force automation :

FIERE enables you to capture T+CC and Samples orders directly at your stand during the exhibition through optical or palmtop scanners, and it can be easily integrated with any kind of management information system. It gives you in real time the progress of the collection, the winning items, the rejected ones, the showings compared to previous exhibitions and full customer information.

At the end of the exhibition you can get reports with items quantity to be produced, and the orders can be directly forwarded to the central system, without any additional step and use of resources.

CRM enables you to use smart phones or latest generation tablets, synchronized with company ERP to capture orders, track them, made changes etc.. All in maximum safety and reliability.


8) Commercial documents management :

ERP allows you to print all the documents, including bank slips and stamped paper, in PDF standard size on A4 sheets. All the documents can be customized with company logo in black and white or color.

Each document is authomatically filed with the possibility to eliminate and reduce to the minimum paper files and printings, with a consequent optimization and saving of back office resources. At any time and place, in fact, any company operator can find a document of interest, display it and send it by email, without printing or phisically storing it


9) Credit control :

ERP makes available and provides the manager and each internal reference an up-to-date check for loans to customers, also without specific accounting notios, the system provides customers bank statements and displays the content of each document.

Every action (call, fax or e-mail) can be recorded in the bank statement through an integrated notebook, in order to share information between all stakeholders. All this in full autonomy and ease, saving time and reducing the use of administrative resources.

Of the basic statement and productive cycle, such as i.e, the management of warping and weaving notes with the repetitions and the true of fabrics drawings, the management of framework and the LICCIATE and the management of conditioning, wash after wash, client by client. It also enables you to authomatically translate the quantities of lenght (mt, sqmt and yard), weight (gr and ounces) and height (cm and inches)


2) Cad e Cam :

The system is integrated for Jacquard weaving and dobby and enables to:

  • Produce any kind of fabrics (clothing, shirts, tapestry, tablecloths, blankets etc.)

  • Transfer the drawing to the frame in electronic format.

  • Draw the fabrics, create a fabric simulation and give a copy to the client for confirmation before producing the sample

  • Calculate the consumption of the fabric, fabric weights, the consumption of the yarn, fiber composition, estimated costs and time.


3) Prototypes and samples :

ERP Module enables the management of prototypes and samples realization without setting the traditional product technical datasheets.

It allows you, in fact, to manage the production progress of T+CC and MT samples by diversifying it from production orders and defining the resources to be used to get an estimated final cost.


4) Needs definition and production planning :

PLAN enables, on the basis of orders book and dispositions to define the needs and then authomatically suggests the purchasing of raw and production materials; all in accordance with the stated delivery times, stocks optimization and machineries planning.

Authomatic control allows you to always keep the situation under control, optimize the resources and intervene in case of delays.

The system then allows you to always inform the sales about potential delays on orders delivery.


5) Production and sampling costs control :

ERP and PLAN enables you to get a quick complete analysis of production costs and times.

It allows you to receive and send all the certification information for the producted items and authomatically places them on the shippings, without any additional work for your back office resources.


8) Data collection in the production departments :

MONITOR module enables you data detection from production departments to monitor the progress of production and workers in the divisions, the main goals of the detection are local and independent management of the productive deviations from the scheduled planning, and data collection from production plants with related monitoring through synoptic systems.
